Units ending in 02 and 07 are smaller.
Units ending in 03 and 06 are larger.
Most condo units have open lanai balconies with separate outdoor space from living area and direct unobstructed ocean views.
Some units have enclosed lanai with windows.
Most studio units have queen beds but a few such as MK806 now have king beds
