Please note rates now vary greatly at Maui Kai
Highest rates are typically from just before Christmas till mid-April
As the majority of Maui Kai condos are NOT in the rental program rates vary greatly between depending on who you rent from.
The rental program now uses dynamic pricing which means even their rates vary from unit to unit and even day to day (similar to airline pricing) so your rates can change depending on when you are booking, how far in advance you are booking, which unit you reserve, etc.
Rates can surge and rates can drop at any time.
Unit condition and renovations can affect price.
Always get an exact quote for the dates and unit you are renting.

Reservation Policy:
The following applies to direct bookings. Bookings made through Airbnb or VRBO are subject to the reservation and payment terms of the platform used at the time of booking.
- Check-in time is 4:00pm - Check out time is 10 am
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to check-in
- 30-50% deposit required at time of booking when booking direct
- Minimum stay during the Christmas / New Years (Dec. 20 - Jan. 2) and February is 5 nights
- Minimum stay is 2 nights except when single nights show as available on Airbnb
- All rates subject to 18.712% Hawaii state hotel tax
- All rates are charged per unit per night
Cancellation Policy:
The following applies to direct bookings. Bookings made through Airbnb or VRBO are subject to the cancellation policy of the platform used at the time of booking.
- Rates and restrictions subject to change without notice
- Balance is refundable until 60 days prior to check-in
- Deposits are non refundable unless stated otherwise at time of booking
